 In central Horsens Lejerbo is building 248 new family homes and 101 homes for young people and students, in the completely new area around Lilli Gyldenkildes Torv.

The homes for young people are all 1-bedroom flats with a modern, light design. 

The flats are ready to move into now.
 

The homes are located on the 1st to the 6th floor levels. On the ground floor there are 4 different eating places.  

On the roof of one of the eating places a lovely communal terrace has been built, with ample space for social activities.

The homes
All homes have a spacious entrance hall, with a built-in closet in some of the homes. There is a private storage room in all of the homes, accessed from the entrance hall. 

The core of the homes is a kitchen and living room, with ample space for a sleeping area as well. 

The kitchen is equipped with 2 hot plates, an extraction hood, fridge/freezer and kitchen units. 

The bathrooms also have light, friendly colours on the walls, floor and in the shower cubicle. 

There is underfloor heating throughout the flat. 

There is parking for bikes on the grounds.

All flats have access to a shared laundry on the second floor, and the roof terrace.
